Donald B. Walters, Jr. As a Manager at Primary Systems Services Group, LLC., Don Walters has an impressive background combining several years of construction and management experience. When he was the Service Division Manager for SDB, Inc., Mr. Walters' responsibilities included staffing of all Carpenters, Foremen and Project Managers, responsibility for day-to-day operations, coordination of field activities, conformance to customer requirements and final approval of all specialty equipment designs and configurations. That operation directly employed over 250 people and averaged over $25 million a year in revenue to SDB. Don has had the pleasure of working with several Northern Arizona businesses and home owners during his time as manager of PSSG. Among these are Air Liquide, Joy Cone, Hozho Shopping Center, Woodlands Village, and Foxboro Ranch Estates just to name a few.

James A. Gundelach Mr. Gundelach’s construction experience encompasses more than 30 years in the Commercial and Residential construction industry, not only as a Project Manager but also as a licensed contractor. In adddition to being project manager at PSSG, Jim is responsible for the day-to-day operations and the company development in the Northern Arizona markets. Jim has excellent communication, management, and people skills which make him ideal for managing multiple projects. Jim takes a great deal of pride in every thing he does and pays close attention to even the smallest of detials. His responsibilities at PSSG include project management and coordination, as well as day to day operations, estimating, scheduling, budget forecasting and reporting. |
